The annual audit of the company's three systems is a planned work of our company. Although this year's system internal audit was suspended in the first half of the year due to the impact of coVID-19, the on-site internal audit of the three systems of our company was carried out in an orderly manner in the second half of the year as the coVID-19 in China eased.

According to the plan, from July to September this year, the property and facility project departments in Shanghai area and those participating in the external audit for 20 years have carried out internal audit of three systems. In the first half of July, I mainly conducted internal audit of three major systems for two property project departments in Shanghai. One of the park property projects is a 20-year certificate expansion audit project, which is also the key project of our department. In the middle of September, special on-site inspection and verification were carried out on the SAIC-GM system projects in Shanghai Jinqiao area. In late September of this year, I conducted the internal audit of three systems for the project department of the company's different places. The first station of special inspection and examination in other places is the project in Changchun area.

Since the external audit of our company's three major systems in the past 20 years is certificate renewal audit and version change audit, that is, many standards and requirements in the system documents have been updated and upgraded accordingly. Through the internal audit this time, we found the existing problems for the project by comparing the standards of the three systems, and also proposed the rectification requirements and the completion time node for the project. Enable project managers to gradually increase the awareness of project system management, improve the work efficiency of the project, improve the customer satisfaction of the project.
